Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal.
We do not accept items back that have been used unless the product is damaged or defective. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept underwear and pads returns for refund. For customer care on damages and defects, please contact info@fannypants.com.

Underwear and Pads
For hygienic reasons, ALL underwear and pads are FINAL. They can only be exchanged/returned if the product received is damaged. All returns/exchanges requests should be sent to info@fannypants.com within 16 days of delivery date. Please return with packing slip and reason for return. FANNYPANTS® will refund/exchange the product after receiving it back and confirming the manufacturing defect.
Athletic Wear
Returns and exchanges must be in their original condition (not used, worn, washed, damaged or altered) and must contain all of its original tags and packaging slips. We cannot guarantee exchange or refund of products that have been washed or used. All returns/exchanges requests should be sent to info@fannypants.com within 16 days of delivery date.
